DNF Co., Ltd. is to continue to be the expert in organometal chemicals by supplying sustainably superior value products to customers based on unique technology, backed by synthesis techniques of sensitive organometal complexes and proprietary purification techniques.
Our primary product offering is a line of high-purity organometal chemicals. Thanks to synthesis techniques of sensitive organometal complexes and proprietary purification techniques, DNF Co., Ltd. supplies MOCVD Precursors, sol-gel precursor, organometal reagents and customer manufacturing service.

DNF Co., Ltd. was founded in January 2001 with the goal of specializing in organometallic complexes that are used for core materials of the electrical and chemical industries.
Regarding electronic materials, DNF Co Ltd is manufacturing MOCVD source such as metal alkylamide precursors including TDMAT, beta-diketonate precursors including metal HFAC, metal TMHD. And We are now constructing the factory for trimethyl gallium(TMG) with the aim of start-up at April. 2003.

For fine chemical industry we are producing air sensitive organometallic complexes such as super hydride, borane derivatives, grignard reagents, alkyl lithium. We employ our technology and facilities to supply palladium and rhodium catalysts that used for fine chemical reaction such as reduction, suzuki reaction or coupling reaction.

DNF Co. Ltd. possesses various sizes of multi purpose reactors for the purpose of producing air sensitive organometallic complexes. Our customers can be assured that top priority is given to confidentiality.
